Hi, we're APU MeWe!
There are some of the many real stories at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University where the students might have been bottling up unsolved feelings and stress regarding university life. Mental Health is a big and serious problem, especially among students in Japan. Even though it is impossible to fully empathize with their stories, to understand why students would take such actions or go through so much trouble to receive help. However, we should come to the realization that we need to truly listen and do enough to support the students when they need us the most.
Therefore, APU Mental Wellness (MeWe) is a student-centered collaborative effort dedicated to becoming APU student’s first choice for Mental health and Wellness.
With the goals to:
